All products are made to order. Cards are processed the next working day. Mugs, candles and notebooks within 1-3 working days and clothing is 5 working days.

Once processed, items as shipped as follows:

Card only orders are Royal Mail first class which is 1-3 working days, with ith 91% of orders arriving the next day (Mon-Sat). 

Then everything else is either Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 (which is the next working day).

EU countires, USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

All products are made to order. Cards are processed the next working day. Cups, candles and notebooks within 1-3 working days and clothing is 5 working days. All items are sent tracked. 

Once processed, items are shipped as follows.

Europe & Ireland - approximatley 5-7 days.Please note we can ship a maximum of 3 of our larger items per international order. Larger items include mugs and candles. 

USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand - approximately 5-7 days. Please note, that Canadian customers are responsible for any customs charges that 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES: unless you are an EU country, you will be responsible for any customs charges once goods arrive in your country. There shouldn't be any charges to Australia, New Zealand or USA. However, Canada does have charges if your order exceeds 20CAD inclduing shipping. If goods are being shipped to an EU country tax will be collected at checkout.
